RETURN POLICY
If you need to return a purchased item, you may return new items sold and fulfilled by Dynamis World Ministries within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. SHIPPING POLICY
We primarily ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and occasionally through FedEx and UPS, as each of them offer different levels of service. Your order will be shipped through the provider we deem best for delivery location and size of order.
All orders shipped USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered within 3-5 business days. NOTE: UPS and FedEx do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
It may take as long as two business days to process your order. All expedited orders must be placed by 8:00 AM EST during regular days of operation (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) to ship the same day. Expedited orders placed between Friday and Monday will be shipped as soon as possible.
